If the Bottom of the Funnel feature is currently disabled on your dashboard it is because Brainity has detected that your store does not have enough traffic.

But why is low traffic an issue? 

Retargeting campaigns become available when stores receive approximately 1,000 visits in a week. This is because retargeting is only effective when there are enough people to retarget. And this is why the Top of Funnel campaigns are important, that generate interest and visits to the store. 

Once your store pixel has gathered enough data it will automatically enable the Middle and Bottom of the Funnel campaign features and you will be notified by email and able to create retargeting campaigns.
